Researchers have identified three main reasons for procrastination: lack of time, a belief that one is not capable of completing the task successfully, and a sense that no matter what happens , the task will not be as important as other tasks.

1) They don't know how to do the task.

2) They don't want to do the task.

3) They are not in the mood to do the task.

The best way to overcome procrastination is by breaking down tasks into smaller steps, setting deadlines, and rewarding yourself for completing a step.

How to Stay Motivated in Life and Achieve Your Goals

In today’s world, it is hard to stay motivated, especially when you are working on a project that is not fun or doesn't seem to be going anywhere. However, there are some tricks that can help you stay motivated and achieve your goals. First of all, you should find a goal that will make you happy and make the work worth it.

Secondly, break the goal down into small manageable steps so that it becomes easier for you to achieve it.

Thirdly, be realistic about what needs to happen in order for you to reach your goal.

Fourthly, set a time limit for yourself and don't give up until the time limit is reached!
